The latest Fruugo release went out on the 15th of February.
Fruugo’s first major release in 2011 not only introduces plenty of webshop improvements, we are also open for business in Germany, Austria and Luxembourg! We want to wish a warm welcome to our new shoppers.
What’s new in this release:
- Simpler and shorter URLs: it is now much easier to read, share and memorise the addresses of Fruugo pages.
- Product page face-lift: layout improvements make product pages more compact.
- New web addresses for www.fruugo.com in different countries: you can now find Fruugo at fi.fruugo.com in Finland, www.fruugo.nl in the Netherlands, www.fruugo.se in Sweden, www.fruugo.co.uk in Great Britain, de.fruugo.com in Germany, at.fruugo.com in Austria, and www.fruugo.lu in Luxembourg.
- In addition to the webshop improvements, Fruugo’s product selection has been growing by leaps and bounds. New products include:
- Over 2,500 quality carpets and rugs in the Home department. We’ve also added quite a few carpets for nursery and kids rooms.
- New products in clothes and footwear for men from one of our latest retailers Northern Threads Lifestyle Ltd. (UK).
- New in Kids & babies: baby toys, clothing and strollers from Baby Security (UK) and Kidsen (UK).
- Lots of new suitcases from our latest retailer Aldridges (UK).
- Thousands of new products in the Sports & outdoor department including tennis, squash and badminton gear from Millet Sports (UK) and roller skates and skateboards from Rollersnakes (UK) .
- New in Health & beauty: over 600 new fragrances for him and for her from The Fragrance Counter (UK) and So Lippy (UK). New cosmetics and skin care from Beauty Enhancement (UK) and UpForLife (UK).
